I began my career in comics in 1993, working for various publishers including Malibu Comics, where I held a staff position as inker, until moving on to freelance for Dark Horse Comics and many other Independent publishers.
Later, I began developing my own comic book properties, which I published online from 1999 to 2005 under my Web's Best Comics label. These included The Last Odyssey and High Strangeness. In 2007, artist Shane White and I collaborated on The Overman, a mini-series published by Image Comics. In 2010, I wrote two mini-series for Marvel Comics: Son of Hulk:Conquest of Jarella's World and Incredible Hulks: Enigma Force, both illustrated by Miguel Munera.
